About Us
WHO WE ARE
Woman, Life, Freedom-UK Ltd, is a non-profit, registered company since 2023, although we functioned sine 2022 as a loose collective.
We are volunteers dedicated to promoting human rights and women’s rights of Iranians in Iran and beyond, against a regime that continually commits democide. Woman, Life, Freedom London are committed to fighting discrimination, promoting equality and justice for all, and advocating for the right to freedom of expression and democracy.
Our organisation collaborates with other groups to protect human rights globally, and serves as a voice for marginalised people, particularly in Iran. Woman, Life, Freedom, London promote women’s rights through research and education, aiming to raise awareness among the younger generation while supporting Iranians in establishing a democratic and secular government.
Funding for our organisation is provided through various means, including fundraising events, member donations, and public donations. Our funds are used to support activists working to protect human rights and women’s rights, educational programs that raise awareness about these issues, and to provide financial and legal support to political prisoners (protestors, artists, environmentalists, anyone wrongly accused by the regime as a means of coercion, even doctors) and their families.

The symbol of the Woman, Life, Freedom revolution was a 22 year old girl about to begin university in the capital.
A year has elapsed since she was murdered by the state, a year replete with sacrifices, commitment, and endeavors for freedom, emancipation, and the preservation of human dignity.
Since then, the people of Iran, particularly the younger generations, confronted a murderous regime in an uneven battle, fostering moments of immense pride and hope in their struggle against the oppressive Islamic government.
September 16 marks the first anniversary of the Woman Life Freedom revolution, a result of the sacrifice of precious lives. On this day, we must amplify the voice of Iranians by engaging in various forms of protest.
The Woman Life Freedom London group cordially invites all Iranians to reverently honor the memory of all the martyrs and to stand in solidarity with the people of Iran by participating in street protests, in order to further magnify the significance of this day.
